Armagh Planetarium is different from any other tourist attraction in Northern Ireland. If you are interested in astronomy and learning about space, stars, and our solar system then this space museum is a must see.
Admission to the Planetarium is free and if you decide to visit, it is worth paying a small fee to see a show at the digital theatre. You can find more information about show times by clicking here. It is like no other theatre, and you will be guaranteed an unforgettable experience.
At Armagh Planetarium you will also be able to touch the largest meteorite that's on display in Ireland, which is billions of years old.
While you are here it is also worth checking out Armagh Observatory and have a walk thorugh the outdoor Astropark. There you will see displays such as a full scale model of the solar system and the 'hypercube'.
