Carnfunnock Country Park

Carnfunnock Country Par is the perfect place for families to visit. It is located near Larne and is along the causeway coastal route so its surrounding scenery is beautiful.

There are many activities and things to do here. The family fun zone includes a play park, mini golf, miniature railway, bungee trampolines, bungee run, remote control boats and much more.

The Country Park has its own tourist information centre and the walkway from the centre to the family fun zone you can enjoy activities such as archery and having a go at some of the outdoor gym equipment.

There is plenty for adults to enjoy too. Carnfunnock Country Park has its own walled gardens and nearby is a hedge maze in the shape of Northern Ireland.

If you like golf, there is a driving range inside the parks ground and an additional golf course nearby.

The country park is also a great place for relaxing walks. On the heritage walk, you will be able to see the Ice House, Norman Motte and lime kilns. The longest walk (2.5 miles) takes you through the woodland and most of the parks features.

If you like camping, or need accommodation, look no further because the park has own caravan site. The onsite facilities include a dishwashing area, laundry room, toilet/shower block and recycling area.
