Ulster American Folk Park - About

The Ulster American Folk Park is a museum that is literally brought to life. It is outdoors and is built in the form of a village. Visitors can experience what it was like to live in Ireland in the 18th and 19th century, then immigrate to America, and live life in their new world.

Visitors will be able to see what it was like to live in different houses and other buildings which existed in each of three centuries. Demonstrations take place in some of the houses, for example, blacksmithing. There are over 30 buildings to explore.

The museum is located just outside Omagh in County Tyrone.
